2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Creative Scale Solutions offers AI-powered tools and automation features to support diagnostics, recommendations, and service analysis. These tools:

- Provide suggestions based on input data, not guaranteed results
- Do not constitute legal, financial, or operational advice
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for business losses or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay fees according to the structure outlined in their signed service agreement, which may include full payment upfront, deposits, post-delivery terms, or monthly subscriptions with automatic billing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, ACH/wire transfers, and secure invoice links.
Late Payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Creative Scale Solutions (“CSS”) reserves the right to suspend services until the account is current. In cases of non-payment, the Client agrees to pay all applicable collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court expenses.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable except when (1) the Client is denied third-party funding or (2) a refund is requested within 48 hours of signing. No refunds will be granted after 48 hours, unless required by law.
Guarantee: CSS provides a results-based performance guarantee. If the Program fails to deliver operational efficiency and cost avoidance as outlined, CSS will continue working at no additional charge until results are achieved.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and proprietary frameworks on the website and within CSS programs are owned by CSS or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
6. Use of Third-Party Tools
We integrate third-party platforms such as CRMs, analytics providers, advertising networks, and automation services. These tools are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. CSS is not responsible for third-party system failures or misuse.
7. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse-engineer or misuse our AI or software systems
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of CSS or others
- Interfere with or disrupt our platform infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service in response to misuse or breach.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, business, or profits
- Delays, interruptions, or errors in service
- Reliance on automated or AI-generated outputs
All services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved first through negotiation, and if necessary, through either arbitration or court proceedings, depending on the nature of the dispute and applicable law.
